AJC Global Forum Again in Israel

Celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Jewish state, AJC Global Forum, the premier global Jewish advocacy conference of the year, made its return to Israel.
More than 1,500 people from over 60 countries and six continents joined together in Tel Aviv, to listen to speeches and conversations with a range of Israel’s top leadership, as well as addresses from global leaders from Europe, Latin America, Africa, and more.
Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė delivered a compelling speech highlighting the importance of European relations with Israel. Šimonytė condemned Russia’s brutal invasion of Ukraine, denounced Russia’s growing alliance with Iran, called for further EU sanctions targeting Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps, and for maintaining democratic unity. She also reflected on Israel’s 75 years of independence, and Lithuania’s rich Jewish history, and shared her vision for the future of Israel-Lithuania relations. Watch her remarks here.
